We have brought online a TEFLON oven for the purpose of curing TEFLON coatings. Our oven is the largest TEFLON curing oven in the state of Idaho. We can accommodate parts as long as 17+ feet in length, and weighing as much as one and one half tons. Our oven was designed to accommodate parts needing TEFLON coating typically found in the manufacturing of cheese, but can easily be adapted to most manufacturing equipment requiring TEFLON coatings, and supper heated cure cycles. We have more than 100 different types of TEFLON from which to choose, so we can match the right product for your specific requirement. We offer *twenty four hour turnaround time, and a **pick-up and delivery service within a 300-mile radios of Boise Idaho. All phases of the coating process are accomplished on site at our Boise facility, we blast, clean, coat and bake in one location thereby saving time and money.
